WHISTLEBLOWING
In accordance with Legislative Decree 24/2023, Rotair S.p.A. has adopted a specific procedure for reporting violations concerning behaviors, acts, or omissions that compromise the integrity of the company and consist of unlawful conduct of which the reporter becomes aware in the context of the company’s work environment.
The purpose of the Policy is to provide the so-called whistleblower (reporter) with clear operational guidance regarding the subject, content, recipients, and methods for submitting reports, as well as the forms of protection offered under the law, removing factors that could discourage or hinder reporting (such as doubts or uncertainties about the procedures to follow and fears of retaliation or discrimination).
To ensure the effectiveness of the reporting process and provide broad and unrestricted access to anyone wishing to submit a report, Rotair S.p.A. provides multiple alternative channels, specifically:
