The objective of the policy is to provide clear operational instructions to the so-called whistleblower regarding the subject matter, content, recipients, and methods of transmitting reports, as well as the forms of protection offered by the legal system. This aims to eliminate factors that may discourage or hinder reporting, such as doubts and uncertainties about the procedures to follow and fears of retaliation or discrimination.
To ensure the effectiveness of the reporting process and provide broad and indiscriminate access to all those who want to make a report, Rotair S.p.a. offers a variety of alternative channels, specifically:
Written reports through a dedicated platform accessible at the following link: https://rotairspa.trusty.report/
Oral reports through a direct meeting scheduled within a reasonable period of 10 days. The request for the meeting should be sent to one or both of the following email addresses: [email protected] and/or [email protected]. In such cases, with the whistleblower’s consent, the report is documented by the Reporting Manager through recording on a suitable device for preservation and listening, or through minutes. In the case of minutes, the whistleblower can verify, rectify, and confirm the minutes of the meeting by their own signature.
